An absolute masterpiece of a song
One of the best Songs of this time! I got aware of it about 10 years ago! But when the Song came out, I was a Student!😂😂😂😂
WARNING: This song captures you. Listening, while driving on a highway, may result in a speeding ticket. You have been warmed.
Pure Magic🎉❤😊
THE SONG IS A GENIUS LYRIC OF A MAN OR WOMAN IN DENIAL OF LOVING SOMEONE.💋💋💋
Fantastique
Thank Guardians of the Galaxy for introducing this song to me.. definitely “stopped me in my tracks” when I heard it
They don't make music like this nowadays. This hits you to the core soulfully.
Som maravilhoso ❤
The Emotions this song Evokes are like No 0ther.♥️🔥💯✨️✨️✨️
Masterpiece
One of my favourite songs!
going hand in hand with the kind of feelings only found in the night - haunting yet amazing, what a songwriter
The most creative and complex popular music was produced in the 1970s. The variety of music from that era was remarkable. I suppose the conditions were in place to encourage experimentation.
Amazing the lengths that a true artist will go to, to capture our attention this way it is truly a gift. I have only to say thank you.
Big boys don’t cry……..brilliant!
Unbelieveable masterpiece after all these years..Iam in love..forever
The song is one of my favourite 70s songs. I love the melody.
awesome song
And, now we have 2020,s music 🎵 😖😖🤔
Wonderfully made. Years later they would use a sampler for that.
amazing song...
I just listened to this on nice speakers. It sounds fabulous. But it also sounded amazing on a car radio or a cheap transistor, which is where a song needed to sound good if it was going to be a hit in the 70s. Wonderful stuff.
It’s more than just a masterpiece. It’s a little piece of heavenly music sent down from the Gods. Art for arts sake..
For what its worth, this song inspired me to start recording and writing songs in 1970's. Still fumbling with recording at 64 :) and I really get what he means when he just turns off the lights and listens to the song. Haha - art for arts sake.
Radiohead’s ‘Kid A’ is a strange kissing cousin of this classic with its interlude motif.
*Unbelievable how they made this song* , *This is one my Favorite*. *For decades* !!! *I always wondered how they created this song and now , I finely know* . *I hear this song Daily on "Sirius XM Radio"* . *Channel 70's and Yacht Rock Radio* *Plus I have it on cassette tape* . *I can listen to this song anytime, I want* . *It's always available* .
Probably the greatest Pop track of all time. I have loved it since 1975.
I love this song so much, i feel like i'm floating.
What a fantastic piece of music. The song came back to me today and I just needed to hear it. OMG it’s the best song ever recorded. Thank you 10 CC.
This song is as fresh now in 2024 as it was when it was made. Timeless❤
Many Years, i think the choirs came from a Fairlight CMI. This Song was a Milestone in the 70th. Wonderfull 🎹🎵🎙
I was born 73. When I hear this I'm taken back to my nan and grandads kitchen with this on the radio. 😢
One of the most beautiful songs ever made.
EPIC!!
Exceptional, haunting ,love it
This is still one of greatest songs ever
Who cried on cue?
This was my realization with Roland Kirk.
624 voice polyphony. My synthesizer is jealous.
'I'M NOT IN LOVE" completely dissolved me. I cried. I fell. I died, and now I live. I'm very old, but thanks utterly, 10cc AND YOU..
other than this song and Bohemian Rhapsody, the 3rd song that came to my mind with similar magic (and eeriness) is Hotel California
To hear everything that went into making this all-time CLASSIC … is truly GENIUS and almost unbelievable! Used to play it all the time, after me and my first real love split up!
Now I will go and listen to Cry from Godley and Creme. This is *the* MTV song for me
The lyrics are so douchy…self absorbed men from the seventies. If it were a real love song…it would have been spectacular!
BWAHAHAHAHA!!! Seethe. Cope. It was and IS spectacular!
@@Coowallsky It is art by itself...it's just so narcissistic...them men were so full of themselves and shitty to women.
@@Barbarawoodcock1 More feminist drivel.
Linda demais!❤A master piece ever✨
To this day, it still sends chills down my back. Memories of a lost love ❤ What a fool I was.
Oh my Goddess here I am at 70 trippin my ass off listening to this, blowing me away. Golden memories.
This is what it was like up until mid 80s, it was about love, now it about sex
I have a memory of sitting in my aunt’s station wagon with my sister and cousin on a hot, humid summer day. We stopped somewhere and my aunt went in to the store. We were sitting in the car and this song was on the radio. Yes, you could leave kids in the car in the 1970s! I was about 8 or 9 years old.
